Has a BRAND NEW PS Engine (same as in the #2 DARE stock), up to date fuel cell approved by Stafford (out of Rusty Wallace's old Cup cars), new seat belts, brand new body which just needs to be sanded and painted. The car is a few hours from race ready, only needs a nose cone, the hood and decklid to be fitted, paint, and some nut and bolting.
