RULES INFRACTION(S): 1. Overaggressive driving into the 47 during the heat.

PENALTY(S): 1. Sent to the rear of the field.

                     2. Removed from the handicap for next race attended and must start last in theLimited Late Model Feature.

RULES INFRACTION(S): 1. Violation of Stafford Speedway’s SK Modified® Tire Rule.

                                      2. Two (2) tires were found on the #52 SK Modified®, which were not in the driver’s race inventory.

PENALTY(S): 1. For the first tire offense, the driver was penalized to the last place starting position in the 8-22-08 heat race                      and the driver was removed from the handicap and assigned the last place starting position for the 8-22-08 SK                      Modified® feature event. For the second tire offense, both penalties will be repeated for the driver’s next event                      attended.

                      2. Loss of four (4) tire credits, penalized two (2) tire credits for each tire found on the #52 SK Modified® that                       were not in driver’s race inventory.
